To qualify, proof of participation in one of the following programs is required: Proof of residence, such as electric or water bill as well as Food Stamps, Free Lunch Program In Schools, Medicaid, Major VA Disability, Section 8 Housing, SSI/SSD, TANF, and WIC.
If you do not qualify, you can call 713-862-8001 for information regarding reduced-cost spaying and neutering.
